West Jakarta Monitors Parcel Circulation in Supermarket

Both supermarkets are sterile from expired food. All food products already have permit

West Jakarta Cooperatives, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises and Trade (KUKMP) held a sudden inspection to check parcel circulation in two supermarkets in Kembangan area, West Jakarta, Tuesday (6/13). It was focused on expired and unlicensed food inside parcel. 

West Jakarta KUKMP Sub-dept. Head, Nuraini Sylvana said, it was to create a sense of security and comfort to the people ahead of Eid ul-Fitr 1438 Hijri.

"Both supermarkets are sterile from expired food. All food products already have permit," she stated, Tuesday (6/13).

In future, her sub-dept. would continue to conduct it in her region. "If violation is detected, we will act quickly," she asserted.
